Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or international shipping options, please keep in mind that our carriers provide us with estimated delivery dates. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe due to carrier issues or other unforeseen delays.
Tracking my order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a email notification with your tracking number.
Selecting and selling the highest quality essential oils is our mission and passion. We want our customers to love our products as much as we do. It's simple—if you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, we will create a solution for you. Returns are accepted within 365 days of you receiving the product.
Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.
How can I return my order?
If your item was damaged upon receipt or you believe the item has a manufacturer's defect, please reach out to Twig + Petal Customer Service directly.
To initiate a return:
Visit our Returns page.
Enter your email and click “Start a Return.”
Check your email and follow authorization instructions.
Select the order that contains your item(s).
Select the item(s) you wish to return.
Click “Confirm Return & Refund.”
Download and print the USPS shipping label.
Repack your items and packing list in original packaging as best as possible.
Drop off at the nearest Post Office or Approved Postal Provider.
Please allow three weeks for your refund. You will be sent an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
You will receive a Twig + Petal email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
International returns are accepted. Postage and shipping to be provided by customer.
Duties + Taxes
Please note, all international packages may be subject to additional duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
Due to restrictions from our financial partners, Twig + Petal is unable to ship to the following countries:
- Cote d'Ivoire
- North Korea
- Sudan/South Sudan
- Syrian Arab Republic
